Well…can’t say it’s bad. I actually liked the movie better than the comic book. Hmm…I like many movie adaptations of comic books or even novel stories. Take Lord of the Rings for example. I wouldn’t be caught dead reading the thick book written in what looks to be Old English, but I dig the movies. This Iron Man is the same. The movie is way better than the original comics.
Ignoring the fact that the power source is incredible, and ignoring the fact that I have no idea what is gold-titanium alloy, one thing that I just do not see the logic of is where in the suit does Tony Stark keep the missiles? I mean, look at the arms, it’s what, 1 maybe 2 inches from the skin? Not nearly deep enough to accommodate structures, electronics, motive and missiles don’t you think?
Anyway, my objections notwithstanding, go watch this movie. You won’t regret it. My only regret is that I went alone, when I could’ve invited my friends to go along.
Well…what doesn’t kills you…..will surely try again.
